Returns Policy

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (Examples: You received an incorrect item or size or a defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping:  Our shipping department is open Tuesdays through Thursdays until further notice.

The shipping rates and delivery schedule are subject to change without notice.

Please remember to contact us if you should have special delivery dates.

Once you have placed an order, we will package it then determine the shipping and delivery dates for you, then apply the charges to your invoice. Based on the availability of your items most orders will be shipped the same day if received before 2pm, with the exception of the days our shipping department is closed. Then will be shipped the first available day.

Shipping of the product can be delayed for a variety of reasons including but not limited to: bad weather, a pandemic, address questions, stock availability, power outages, and internet outages.

Once shipped, delivery of the product can be delayed by bad weather, miss-routed packages, holiday or post-holiday volume, address issues, etc.

 We ship with UPS and USPS services. We do not ship on customer shipping accounts. USPS has no guaranteed delivery day. USPS may state a number of days expected for delivery which is only an estimate. They also do not count Sunday's in their delivery day estimate. 

UPS cannot ship to PO Box addresses, a physical address is required. UPS has guaranteed delivery days. They do not count Saturday and Sunday in the delivery days. The exception is if you are paying for Next Day Air Saturday shipping which is a premium price over Next Day Air delivery. UPS Next Day Air packages shipped on Friday deliver the following Monday unless affected by a holiday. If UPS makes a mistake we can file a claim for a shipping refund. If there is a delay beyond the control of UPS such as a weather or customs delay that voids the delivery guarantee preventing a delivery failure claim from being filed. UPS extends delivery day promises during the holidays.
